Vivid DVR

Vivid is a high quality embedded Linux DVR featuring JPEG2000 image compression and advanced IP networking technology, including Axis MJPEG IP camera support, SNMPv3 and XML-RPC web-services.

Vivid is available with between 6 to 16 video channels and up to 1TB of internal HDD storage as well as external RAID.

Originally manufactured by Baxall, StreamScale supplied Vivids have been enhanced with custom software to provide an improved specification including:

• Axis MJPEG IP camera support,
• UPnP and DDNS support,
• New, performance improved LAN Viewer software,
• XML-RPC web-services and updated SNMPv3 interfaces,
• New web-based system administration pages, and
• Many other feature changes and enhancements.

All StreamScale Vivids also feature a full Vivid Plus hardware specification, including:

• 50pps update rate,
• Full triplex recording,
• Enabled DVD support,
• Enabled SCSI support,
• Enabled S-video monitor output, and
• Enabled RS232 text and audio recording.

All StreamScale supplied Vivids are fully ROHS compliant and supplied with a 24 months warranty.
